As of January 2012, OneWorld Boston, in affiliation with Cummings Foundation, Inc. (CFI), will begin acting as the grant-making arm of the Cummings organization.  It will accept applications for 2012, through April 15, 2012.

Before submitting an application, please carefully review the eligibility requirements to determine that your organization is qualified for funding from OneWorld Boston. Then, using the outline below as a guide, please prepare a formal proposal, and email it as one document (Microsoft Word or a pdf) to Joyce Vyriotes at cpcom@cummings.com. Any additional materials, such as photos, graphics, or videos, should be embedded in the document as an image or a link, rather than sent as additional attachments.

• Number of employees
• Names, titles, and annual salaries of the five employees with the highest annual income from all sources from your organization, combined with income from any affiliated entity
• Names of the organization’s board members and all compensation received
• Brief description of any current or pending litigation against the organization
• Scanned copy of IRS documentation of non-profit, tax-exempt status
